Horn African Journal of Health and Biomedical Sciences (HAJHBS) is an open access, peer reviewed journal. It established to facilitate effective scientific communication and create opportunity for local health and biomedical researchers and students where they communicate their research work. This journal considers scientifically and ethically valid studies from all areas of health, biomedical and clinical sciences. It also considers studies on zoonotic diseases, health system, biomedical technologies, medical physics, environmental, health policy and healthcare services.

The journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the scientific and ethical principles in these subject areas and will publish short communications, editorials, letter to the editor, case report/series, commentary, original and review articles. Following acceptance, a paper will be published in the first issue of the journal.
